The Fundamentals of Structural Thinking (FST)

This, our introductory program to Structural Consulting is taught by Robert Fritz over an exciting four days. During the training you will learn new thinking techniques, understand the major principles of Structural dynamics, practice the rigor, and engage in exhilirating exercises with other participants. You will learn Robert Fritz's technique for Digital Decision Making which will enable you to discern enigmatic situations with a clarity that is laser-like and potent.

Structural Thinking is a discipline in which underlying structure is explored, evaluated from the standpoint of effectiveness, and changed to support desired end results. Often, small changes in a structure cause major changes in a client's life and organization. These changes, in turn, create a rapid and permanent shift from ineffective behavior to highly effective behavior. The outcome is an enhanced ability for the client to create his or her desired end result. This is a method of consulting that gets to the true reality of a situation.

Structural Consulting is a skill that takes time, practice, and training to gain competency. Many consultants are able to determine a client's structure, but have not reached the skill level to work with the structure. Others are unable to see the structure clearly. Many Structural Consultants come close to helping their clients reach a structural shift, but miss the final steps that would make all the difference. The SCCP is designed to develop mastery of Structural Consulting. The program is a two-year commitment with the following requirements:

First year – three five-day trainings, plus the submission of transcribed sessions with clients for evaluation.

Second Year – three five-day trainings, plus the submission of transcribed sessions with clients for evaluation.

The Organizational Structural Consulting Program (OSCP)

The OSCP is an advanced four-day training that applies your knowledge of Structural Consulting to help you work with organizations of all kinds. From businesses to non-profit institutions to teams, you can apply the principles of Structural Thinking to offer a unique and honest perspective. The course covers subjects such as strategies, management systems, process, conflicts of interest, market factors and more.
